Piquant Sauce

Makes: 150 ml (1/2 pint)

Piquant sause
INGREDIENTS
  • 150g (5oz) natural yoghurt
  • 1 teaspoon tomato purée
  • ½ teaspoon cumin powder
  • 1 teaspoon ground coriander
  • 1 teaspoon clear honey
METHOD

Place all ingredients in a small bowl and mix thoroughly.
