BB Breakfast Smoothie



BB breakfast smoothie
  • I small cooked beetroot (size of a tennis ball)
  • 1 handful of blackberries (frozen or fresh)
  • 330 ml of organic coconut water (add more if you prefer a more fluid consistency)
  • 1 tbsp of organic coconut yoghurt or if tolerated kefir/yoghurt
  • ½ a banana
  • ½ tbsp each of chia seeds, hemp seeds and flax seeds

Optional Extras:

  • ½ a tbsp of maca powder (for balancing stress)
  • ½ a tbsp of açai powder (for extra antioxidant action)
  1. Chop up the beetroot into pieces.
  2. Chop up the banana into slices.
  3. Place everything in the blender or NutriBullet and mix together, serve in a tall glass with some fresh berries and herbs.
