INGREDIENTS
- I small cooked beetroot (size of a tennis ball)
- 1 handful of blackberries (frozen or fresh)
- 330 ml of organic coconut water (add more if you prefer a more fluid consistency)
- 1 tbsp of organic coconut yoghurt or if tolerated kefir/yoghurt
- ½ a banana
- ½ tbsp each of chia seeds, hemp seeds and flax seeds
Optional Extras:
- ½ a tbsp of maca powder (for balancing stress)
- ½ a tbsp of açai powder (for extra antioxidant action)
METHOD
- Chop up the beetroot into pieces.
- Chop up the banana into slices.
- Place everything in the blender or NutriBullet and mix together, serve in a tall glass with some fresh berries and herbs.
