INGREDIENTS
- 1 mango
- 1 banana
- 2 limes
- ½ tbsp of dried goji berries
- 1 tbsp of hemp seeds
- 400ml of plant-based milk (coconut, hemp, almond, chuffa, etc)
- Optional extra: 1 tbsp of maca
METHOD
- Cut the bananas in pieces.
- Peel and chop up the mango into pieces.
- Grate the rind and squeeze the juice of the limes.
- Put the grated lime rind and 1 tbsp of the lime juice (or more if preferred), the banana, mango milk and goji berries into the blender.
- Blend all the ingredients until smooth, pour into tall glasses and add some goji berries on the top with some coconut chips and cacao nibs.
