Mango-Banana-Lime Smoothie

INGREDIENTS
  • 1 mango
  • 1 banana
  • 2 limes
  • ½ tbsp of dried goji berries
  • 1 tbsp of hemp seeds
  • 400ml of plant-based milk (coconut, hemp, almond, chuffa, etc)
  • Optional extra: 1 tbsp of maca
METHOD
  1. Cut the bananas in pieces.
  2. Peel and chop up the mango into pieces.
  3. Grate the rind and squeeze the juice of the limes.
  4. Put the grated lime rind and 1 tbsp of the lime juice (or more if preferred), the banana, mango milk and goji berries into the blender.
  5. Blend all the ingredients until smooth, pour into tall glasses and add some goji berries on the top with some coconut chips and cacao nibs.
